how does it work...
- You enter into a Purchase Option with the Developer
- You pay an agreed rent for a choice of one bedroom or t wo bedroom apartments for a contract period of 18 months (Note: you will be responsible for the Service Charge over this period)
- You have an Option to purchase the apartment at the end of that period (there is no obligation to take up this Option)
- The Option price is fixed at today's selling price 5. If you "exercise" the Option you will be refunded 100% of the rent paid over that period. This refund could then be used as a deposit
